| Many of you try to buy game boxes while the game is no
longer available in stores. This page is intended to help
you figure out what the right price is and avoid bad
surprises. Data comes mostly from the latest transactions on
eBay. Shipping charges are not
included in the prices.
Please note that unlike what sellers would like you to
believe, finding these boxes on eBay is
fairly easy: Over 400
transactions have been recorded between July 2004 and
December 2005. It must be noted that prices have gone down
over the last few months. The latest "fair" prices are
mentioned in the table below.
Bargain prices can be found in countries other
than the US, UK or France. So don't forget to check on
German or Italian sites: Somebody just bought Cry
Havoc from an Austrian seller
for 10.50 Euros (about $14, or 7$) only! Don't forget to
check also misspelled items: One box sold for 1 Euro only
just because it was spelled "Cry Hovak"...

This company has just acquired the remaining inventory of
Jeux Descartes, the last owner of the Cry Havoc franchise,
including shrink wrapped boxes of SIEGE and DRAGON NOIR 2,
complete sets for CROISADES, SAMOURAI & FORTIFIED TOWN, as
well as numerous maps, unpunched counter sheets, rule
booklets and more. Everything has been posted early August
2005. Should you be looking for brand new stuff, you'll have
to hurry as stock won't last !
Second Chance Games (UK - sells workdwide). This company
specializes in used wargames. An excellent source for
Standard Games products (new or used).
Hovistocose (Italie - sells worldwide - Site only in
Italian). Check the Cry Havoc series under the company name
Tilsit (the importer of Jeux Descartes in Italy).
